ทีวี ธันเดอร์ ได้เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้น โดยมีความมุ่งหวังว่าจะสร้างสรรค์ความสุขทุกรูกแบบให้กับคนไทย ผ่านกล่องสี่เหลี่ยมที่เราเรียกว่า "โทรทัศน์" นับจากจุดเริ่มต้นในปี พ.ศ.2536 เพียง 4 รายการ ปัจจุบันทีวี ธันเดอร์ ได้เป็นผู้ผลิตรายการทีวีคุณภาพหลากหลายรูปแบบมากกว่า 80 รายการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นละคร, ซิทคอม, เกมโชว์, สารคดี, วาไรตี้, และทอล์คโชว์

TV Thunder focuses on delivering quality television programs to a diverse group of target viewers. As an early pioneer in producing daytime game show “Masterkey”, TV Thunder is now beginning to capture the market opportunity by penetrating into the prime times, weekend noon and afternoon slot times with our distinctive programs, tailor-made for both conventional Thai families and urban lifestyle viewers.

Throughout our 14 years of experience, our key business has always been TV production.
Yet, we never cease growing. The establishment of Thunder Organizer, Thunder Publishing and TVT Artist Management will enable us to move beyond merely a TV programming expert and reach our ultimate goal as a well-rounded full service entertainment company.

TV Thunder was established to bring out all happiness - in - side - the box to all Thai audience. Since 1993} TV Thunder has produced over 80 quality television programs in all type of television production realm, from dramas to sitcoms, game shows to documentaries, and comedy varieties to talent shows.

ความสนใจและเป็นที่นิยมจากผู้ชมจากผู้จัดอื่นแต่ “มาสเตอร์คีย์” ็สร้างให้เวลาดังกล่าวเป็นที่น่าจับตาดูและมีมูลค่า ทางการตลาดที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น จวบจนปัจจุบัน กลุ่มรายการของทีวี ธันเดอร์ได้เข้าไปครอบคลุมในหลากหลายพื้นที่ของเวลาออกอากาศ ซึ่งทำให้เราสามารถ สร้างสรรค์รายการทีวี ที่ตอบโจทย์ได้ทุกรูปแบบ และทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย

และจากประสบการณ์ 14 ปีที่ผ่านมา ถึงตอนนี้ เรากำลังก้าวไปอีกขั้นหนึ่ง การเกิดขึ้นของ Thunder Organizer, Thunder Publishing และ TVT Artist Management เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของจิ๊กซอว์ที่จะประกอบกันเป็นเป้าหมายของเราในการเป็น “บริษัทที่ให้การ บริการทางด้านบันเทิง อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ” (Full Service Entertainment Company)
